Current Opportunities


  • Exact role, title, and compensation dependent on education, qualifications, and experience
  • Bachelor or associates degree in civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering preferred

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare conceptual routes, layouts, preliminary and detailed designs utilizing established guidelines and specifications for transmission and distribution lines
  • Prepare plan and profile sheets, staking sheets, bills of materials, and stringing charts
  • Develop and modify design criteria utilizing industry standards and client specifications
  • Develop pole loading, framing and construction drawings
  • Perform structure loading calculations
  • Attend project site visits
  • Provide construction support and complete as-built revisions as needed
