Elvis Torres, PMP


Elvis Torres brings over 17 years of project management experience in the utility, information technology, and telecommunications industries. He is a bilingual (Spanish) Army Officer Veteran that has served in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Elvis uses his exceptional technology skills combined with proven ability to manage engineering projects, refine and improve processes, and design and develop comprehensive service and support plans to ensure project successes. He has successfully managed power delivery projects in support of numerous utilities and a variety of project types up to 230kV. 

Tim Tipping, P.Eng., P.E., PMP

Vice President/Co-Founder

Tim Tipping brings over 16 years in design, project management, and sales and marketing in the utilities and construction industries. He has designed hundreds of power transmission structures and has managed engineers and project managers to successfully complete projects up to 500 kV as well as numerous commercial construction projects. Tim is also passionate about bringing new technologies and software to projects. 

Kari Danby, PHR

Director, Finance & Human Resources

Everyone at ETA knows Kari Danby, the Human Resources and Accounting Manager. Why? Because Kari will be with you from the start of our journey, supporting you, the valued employee in having an enjoyable, informed, and inclusive work environment.  

In her first role as HR Manager, Kari will be working directly with potential candidates to move them through the ETA Consulting Hiring and Onboarding processes. She will help get you through the application and hiring process till you are up and running on your first day. After transitioning over to the reporting manager Kari is always available as a trusted resource to call upon with any questions. 

Kari’s other passion that she brings to the ETA Team is her background in Accounting. With her extensive management and business development background Kari runs Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, invoicing, and keeps the ETA finances organized. “There is nothing more important than being accurate with our financial report. Transparency in numbers is something ETA prides itself on as so much of our culture is based on best ethical practices,” said Kari.

Keith Riggio, EIT, PMP

Senior Project Manager

With his versatile background of Engineering, Project Management, and Human Resources, Keith’s is always moving, creating positive change with every task he performs. Keith joins ETA Consulting bringing a background in Transmission & Distribution Engineering (PLS-CADD), Project Management, Corporate Operations, Teambuilding, Client Relations, Business Development, and Marketing.  

As a Senior Project Manager, Keith interacting with clients and the ETA technical team to further project deliverables and tracking project status’. Keeping operations moving, answering questions, and disseminating information concisely and thoroughly are some of Keith’s strengths as a Project Manager. A Mechanical Engineer by degree, Keith has enjoyed working on building and growing teams to support project and corporate goals. “We provide our clients with high-quality deliverables and that can only be achieved by professionals of the same caliber. Our talented and diverse team allows the company to take on more challenging projects offering growth opportunities for both the employee and the company,” said Keith about the importance of the ETA team to the organization.  

Mohamed El Gohary, PhD., P.E., PMP

Principal Civil/Structural Engineer

Mohamed El Gohary brings his many years of academic and professional experience to ETA Consulting, leading the Civil/Structural team. Mohamed is a Professional Engineer in 25 states, a Project Management Professional, and holds a Ph.D. in Structural Engineering & Construction Management.

He has experience with lattice structures, tower design, foundation design, and reviewing and approving construction drawings. He is also a certified Windstorm Inspector with experience in design, construction and forensic investigations of commercial buildings, oil and gas, utilities, transmission lines, substations, residential buildings, and telecommunication towers.
